child abuse case

is it possible to file a case against the father of my two kids abroad? nor to have him obliged to support my kids here in the phils? what steps should i take first? please advice.

Yes, and I have done it a number of times. You, I hope, are saying father is in California, not supporting his children in the Philippines and now you want to take the action to him in CA to make him pay support?

You have to hire a lawyer to pursue child support in the CA courts. We can avoid your personal appeareance and arrange for your appearance in court by telephone.
