I am very sorry to hear that your son may have been abused. I will need more facts if you want me to help with your sons case. Feel free to contact me for a free consultation (415/772-9652 or [email protected]). Do not worry about paying expensive legal fees because I will only collect a fair percentage of any money your son recovers. In the meantime, you should immediately take the following steps to fully protect your son: (1) report the suspected abuse to the police so they can initiate a criminal investigation; (2) get counseling for your son to help him deal with the emotional pain he is likely experiencing; (3) get a strong lawyer right away because your sons lawsuit can be barred forever if his cause(s) of action are not filed with the court in time; (4) gather and preserve all evidence showing your son was victimized; and (5) NEVER give any statements about these incidents to anyone other than the police or sign any documents regarding your sons claim(s) before speaking to a lawyer.
I hope this information helps. I am ethically required to advise you that this posting constitutes an advertisement for legal services; however, my concern for your sons welfare is genuine.
Contact me if you need further assistance.
Very truly yours,

The first thing you should do is file a police report in the city the school is in. Let them do their investigation to determine what legal action should be taken. You don't mention what kind of abuse took place so before I direct you in any way, I would need to know just what allegedly occurred.
