Legal Question in Family Law in California

Child Care Costs Fraud

My ex went back to court and had the court order that I pay 1/2 child care costs. I think that she lied to the court. The only proof she provided was a paper faxed to her from the daycare stating the costs if the child were enrolled. Recently I asked her for the address of the daycare and she keeps avoiding me. Is there any way for me to find out if she actually has the child enrolled in the said daycare and what date she enrolled the child? If she lied to the court, how do I let the court know and what would they do to her for lying? Thanks!!!

Re: Child Care Costs Fraud

She should provide actual receipts from the day care provider. A letter stating what the daycare costs are does not constitute proof of payment for daycare.
