Child care funds

my ex wife of is now saying that i have a son of 11 years and that i need to pay child care, she is threatening my current wife, i refuse to take blood test. can she send me to court and are they ground to arrest me? please help.

She can file a paternity action to determine whether the child is yours. You can take a DNA test and if a test is ordered and you do not take the test, the child will be presumed to be yours. You cannot be arrested for failure to support a child that you do not know is yours unless there has be a judicial determination of paternity. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
