Legal Question in Family Law in California

child care services

Can the day care charge me for day care services not rendered, eg. when my son is out sick? Please note that the daycare do not receive kids when they are sick.

Thanks for your advice

Re: child care services

I believe that the day care can charge you for days not used, even though it is your child that is sick. They are not under obligation to take a sick child and put other children at risk. At the same time, they cannot make up the fees by taking a child for that one day (or two) that your child is sick.
