Legal Question in Family Law in California

Child Costudy

My ex-grilfriend is filing for full custody of our 2 year old child, both legal and physical. She is only 18, and I am 20 years old. She is leaving with her new boy friend who happens to be over 25. They are living in his parent's house with my child. She is arguing that she wants full costudy because I am a full time student and going to school an hour away. My question is, what are the chances that she is granted full costudy based on her arguments?

Re: Child Costudy

I really don't know what full custody means. If it means she is with the child 100% of the time, then she has very little (if any) chance of that. If it means primary physical custody, then based on the child's age I'd say she has a better than 50/50 chance. The focus should be on putting together a parenting plan that works for both of you.
