My Daughters are 11 and 9 years old my ex wife moved tophoenix az without the court's permission the case is in victorville ca but i live in yuba city ca. my ex wife didn't let my daughters to visi me during this summer vacation when it was time for me to see them what can i do because she doesn't care and she tells my ughters i don't care about them because i don't go see them in phoenix and so my oldest daughter is mad at me what can i do

It sounds like she violated court orders, and those violations are very serious. You have to enforce them, and you have options. You need to go to court.
