Legal Question in Family Law in California

child custdy.

My exwife and I have joint custdy. of our 10 year old son whom has lived with his father for the last 2 1/2 years. absolutly no papers that says either has sole custdy of our son. The agreement is father school year mother summers until this summer were she decides to keep him and telling me 1 week proir til him returning. Now our son doesn't want to stay, everything has change for him so quick I'm in California she's in Arkansa can I go pick him up and bring him home!

Go to court where the order was issued and file an ex parte application to have him returned. You should consult with an attorney.
