child custdy order

i have custdy papers for my son his father is aloud to have him every other weekend twice noww he has vilated the order and i have had to go get my son with a police escorte me how is it ok for him to keep viloting the court order

Re: child custdy order

He is not allowed to violate the court order. However, unlike a violation of a penal statute no action to enforce the court order will occur unless you petition the court for enforcement. You should consult with an attorney.
