Re: child custody

Contact the District attorney's office and report child abduction. You will need a certified copy of the court order giving your custody. The is district attorney can obtain a felony warrant for his arrest. This will go out on the interstate list of warrants. Also ask the DA to take steps to locate him. They should be able to trace him through his social security number.

Re: child custody

You should retain an attorney who can assist you in getting your children. If you know where they are at you can get an order from the court to have the children picked up and delivered to you. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
