Child Custody

I am a big sister of a 17 and 14 yr old My father currently has custody Mom has suppervised visitation and I know my Dad has physically abused both children Mom is unable to take these kids. How can I take them from my Dad without the kids going to foster care for any amount of time or me going to jail for kidnapping?

Unless your father agrees to your having custody you cannot have the younger children live with. The other option is to report the abuse to CPS and ask for them to be placed with you.
