Legal Question in Family Law in California

child custody

my brother (kevin) his wife (hiedi)

put a restraining order on him,so he

had to move out of his home.in

return he filed for dissolution of

marriage.hiedis new boyfriend shot

kevin in the head.my brother used to

get visitation every weekend.now he

is a vegetable, my mom is

conservator for my brother my

question is. is my mom entitled to

visitation to my brothers son.
