Legal Question in Family Law in California

child custody

I'm here in CA taking care of my mom and dad,I'm 1 of 4siblings,and a cert. caregiver in Az. In Dec. 2005 in a spot that I was able to pick up and just leave AZ. to quickly start taking care of mom and dad in Los Angeles, on verbal agreememt with ex-husband that he take care of our 2 children ,now 17 and 14. In our divorce decree, I got full custody and rights to claim kids every year for taxes. but because of me leaving quickly to LA. they moved in with my ex- nephew and I'm not getting really any payment for taking care of mom and dad, I wasn't able to claim them on top of being in another state, without my permissission the newphew claimed them . FINE they been living under his roof and i not going to make a stink,But my ex husband has never paid child support to me (AZ) and has for years lived in garages of family members or wherever,to try for the last 6 years to claim disability , and. my daughter is running amock, at 17 not in school , has some minor health issues and boys (and afraid will become pregnant before 19. and is working a job and paying newphew 150.00 a month cash no reciept, she's a minor. I want them back with me here in calif, while I take care of my Mom and Dad ,i feel they would do better under my care again

Re: child custody

You should get a copy of the court order for custody and go to the nephew's home and pick them up. The nephew has no custodial rights and it appears likely that father will object.
