Legal Question in Family Law in California
I have a child custody case in the county that I live in. My ex moved to a different county a while back and now wants a change of venue so it is in her county. I have a little less custody than she does, but I already have to drive to a different county for child support hearings and would hate to have this case moved too. Will it be granted for her?

If you still live in the County where the child custody was determined, then you should oppose the change of venue. If you had both moved from the County that determined custody, then she would have a better chance.
