In a Child custody case The father has requested a 730 evaluation. What happens if the evaluater is freinds with the fathers attorney and the mother goes to court wanting to change the evaluater. If the judge rules that the mother has been wronged. The mother decides she wants to have a different evaluater does the mother have to pay for the new evaluater?

If there's a determination of bias and some wrongdoing for the original appointment, a strong argument can be made that the offender parent should be responsible for the cost of the new evaluator. Please meet with an experienced family law attorney to explore your legal options.
