Legal Question in Family Law in California
child custody
I have custody of my 2 children age 10 & 13, from sat. 8pm to wed. 8am, I have been divorced for 6yrs, my children go to church with me on sun. my ex wants to rotate every other sun. because she found a new religion and she wants them to go with her, this new religion is confusing my children and is causing division between me and my children, how can I be able to keep things the way they are and not rotate the sundays?

Re: child custody
That issue should ideally have been dealt with in the child custody agreement order, if it hasn't been, then it would require a motion to modify custody in court. A family law facilitator can help you do it self help.
As always please contact an attorney in your area before taking legal steps.
Good luck,

You need to get limited legal custody over their religion. If you're in the Southern California area, call me if you'd like more help.
