child custody

my children have to go to their fathers house every other weekend, even though they absolutely hate it. ive noticed that he doesnt take care of them like he should. hes really aggressive and isnt parenting like he should. last weekend we had to call the cops because he left them alone at a fast food place because he was angry. i sent a letter to the judge to dismiss his child custody rights. but so far there hasnt been a reply. is there anything else i could do about the situation? could his time with them be limited to less time or none at all?

you need to file an OSC regarding modification of custody and visitation. writing letters to the judge will not get you anywhere.
