If a US court grants joint custody to the parents of a seven year old child and one parent of Puerto Rican origin takes the child to Puerto Rico will a Us court enforce their decision and return the child to the other parent?

Puerto Rico is a U. S. territory and therefore should recognize a legal order of the court of any state.
