Legal Question in Family Law in California

child custody

Our court order is for daughter to go to CA 7 weeks a year. Daughter doesn't want to continue to go down there. She is 15bHis exact words ''I don' t care if you come down here kicking and screaming and are miserable the whole time you are coming down because its my time.'' What do I do? He is in CA I am in WA. Thanks.

You would have go the court that issued the visitation order and request a change. The reality is how do you force a 16 year old child to go to California if she does not want to go.
