Legal Question in Family Law in California

child custody

i am going to court for 50/50 custody wich my daughters father ordered. He wants to maintain her in the same school and county. I currently have no problem with that but my husban is in the marines and we will be relocating in a year. What do i need to do to take her with me?

You should fight for full custody or some type of custody arrangement which allows for relocation. That would be something you either agree upon, or something you have to have a judge order.
