Child custody

I am crrently expecting a child in the beginning of january 09...My question yo you is the father of the baby is requesting a dna test and would not like his name on the birth certificate.. Will i be able to refuse a dna teat if his name is not on the birth certificate

Probably, unless he files a petition to establish paternity and has good reason to believe he's the father.
