I have had 100% custody of my daughter for 3 years since her Dad's drug addiction became severe. She's almost 13 and he is trying to get overnight visits with her and she doesn't want to. Will the judge listen to her?

At 13 the court should listen to her and give some consideration to her statements. However, you should be prepared to vigorously oppose father's request.
