Legal Question in Family Law in California

child custody dispute

I have strong reason to think my son is being sexually abused by his father, and/or paternal grandfather during court ordered vsits. My ex, my son's father, admitted to close friends about being sodomized by his father as a child and sodomizing two boys himself. How do I get a judge to listen to me and take their visits away? I feel helpless and cant afford to hire an attorney.

You should immediately seek the help of an attorney. Child abuse is no simple matter, you need to also contact child protective services.
