Legal Question in Family Law in California

child custody

I have dissolution notice from court about divorce. I should have been divorced in a month and have full custody. Now my ex-husbands says that he and his lawyer are going to cancel it. My child wants to go to visit his grandmother out of country in a month. His father won't sign permission him to travel.

Can my child travel?

What do I need to do?

How can get paper that I have custody?

Can the divorce be canceled after dissolution?

Re: child custody

If you are having child custody issues, you need to file a OSC to have the court enforce the child custody orders. A family law facilitator should be helpful for self help advice.

As always, please contact a qualified attorney prior to taking any legal action.

Good luck,
