Re: child custody

How long have you had custody? Why do you think your husband is doing this? Usually these types of allegations are raised in the beginning of a custody battle. You would be well served by obtaining representation. Please contact me directly at (619) 222-3504.

Re: child custody

Judges normally go with what is working. The problem you have is that there are allegations of abuse. Allegations of abuse should always be taken seriously. They are easy to make and can be difficult to defend against.

You should hire an attorney quickly. Making false allegations of abuse is serious and can result in serious sanctions.

Re: child custody

In custody battles, "Whats in the best interest of the children," is the standard that the Courts use to determine custody. There are many factors that the Court looks at including maintaining status quo!! I highly recommend that you get an attorney. This is not something you want to try to do on your own!! If you are located in Southern California you may call me for a free telephone consultation at 818-703-8137 x1.
