child custody

I am earning $125,000 p.m and my wife is earning $35,000 does that makes any difference in the child custody issue. I want to have child custody of my daughter give me the statute and caselaw of California, state?

Custody is not based on a statute. Rather it is based on the best interests of the child. There is no statute or case you can refer to or quote in court to receive a court order giving you custody.
