Legal Question in Family Law in California

Child custody

My ex-boyfriend had his current girlfriend fraudulently notarized

and signed my name to documents to have my child support case

closed. I am currently in a custody battle with this man and was

wondering if this could effect my custody case? If so, how should I

proceed to use this information to help my case?

It is possible that this conduct, assuming that you have proof, could be used to show that his testimony was false.
