child custody
my exgirl friend and i spit up almost
two years ago, I live in california and
she did too untill we spit up then she
moved too nevada four hours away
with our baby who is three now.she
moved there and lead me on for over
a year about geting back together
with me and moving back home. We
came to an agreement and our baby
has been going two weeks with me
and two weeks with her mom for
almost two years now . I know for
many reasons the best intrest for my
baby is for her to be with me the
father . what right do i have about
geting custody of my baby.

You have the right to go before a judge and prove that's in your child's best interest to live with you most of the time. If you're successful, the court will award you custody.
