Legal Question in Family Law in California

Child Custody and False Allegations

Recently my boyfriend and I have been accused of abusing eachother in front of his two year old daughter. Which was truly a surprise to us. We know that it was his ex that raised these allegations. The police came and said that they found the allegations to be false and they closed the case. She also has called several times saying that she isn't going to stop calling the police and now she is trying to say that we abuse the little one. She says that she has people watching us etc. Is there anything we can do to make her stop? We also are going back to court on an OSC for a holiday schedule. The mother has the child call her new boyfriend Daddy also. Which we can clearly tell that it confuses the child. Should that be brought up in court?

Re: Child Custody and False Allegations

You should file for a restraining order and change of custody. Mom's conduct is emotional abuse of the child. Further she is attempting to interfere with dad's visitation.
