Re: Child Custody
Contact the local court and ask about a family law clinic. Many courts offer family law clinic that provide free legal advice and assistance in filling out the necessary forms. You have two options, first is an osc in re contempt for her refusal to allow visitation; second you can file a motion or osc to modify visitation.

It is not possible to tell from your question if you need a modification of the underlying orders or simply need enforcement of the existing orders.
If you can not afford to consult with an experienced family law lawyer, try to find an experienced paralegal assistant or document preparer. You may qualify for free services through the Family Law Facilitators Office.
Good luck to you!
