Child Custody

Me and my fiance had our first baby, about 2 weeks ago. I am 17 and my girlfriend is 19. We DO NOT live together, but we agreed that the baby would be able to stay with me whenever i wanted to and/or when ever i could. Me and my girlfriend have been wanting this agreement to go into action but we cant. That is because my girlfriend's dad says that it is illegal for the baby to stay with me because im 17 My question is...What are my rights of custody as a under age Parent?

Your parental rights are the same as any other person. He father is interfering with your visitation.
