i want to know wat coul i do my ex-
boyfriend dont let me get my kid & he
dont have custody either wat coul i do?
?? my kid is in modesto ca, & im in l.a
because i go to college out here wil this
affect me???

You have not supplied sufficient information to provide a response. The fact that you are going to school should not prevent your having custody. There may be other factors that would affect the issue of custody.
