my ex husband was awarded primary of my daughters 14 and 11,since he is in jail and his wife has filed for power of attorney after i scheduled an exparte hearing. does she have baren in our case?? what can i expect

You should file to have full custody awarded to you since your husband is now in jail. I would suggest contacting him to see if he will agree to it since it is impossible for him to take care of the children now.
