Legal Question in Family Law in California

Child Custody

My husband has 50/50 split custody of his 10 year old daughter. Her mother is refusing to allow my husbands mother to pick her up saying that she only has to release her to her father. There is no mention of ''who'' has to pick her up, just that the receiving parent is responsible for transportation. Is she legally correct? If not, how do we enforce the court order? Seems like we are in this situation alot when she wants to make life hard on us she punishes us with refusing agreed upon time with our daughter, but we feel like there is nothing we can do without going back to court.

Re: Child Custody

It is common for a family member to pickup a child for visitation. Since mom will not cooperate you should go to court and get the order modified to allow someone other than father to pickup the child.
