child custody

my husband has a 10 year old daughter who lives with her mom in vermont and theres no custody and she has not let him see her for the past few years and recently they were in town and he got to see her but now he has heard some not so good news in how the mother is raising the child and he wants to fight for custody but were not sure how and i need some help

You should file a motion for a modification of custody in your local court. If there is no order in place, then you should file for full custody and establish orders for your child.
