What are the consequences of taking a minor child out of stste and not letting the other parent know beforehand if the court/divorce papers state they are to notify the parent before doing so?

Prison time; amber alerts; sole custody awarded to other parent; civil liability to other parent for costs, attorney fees and emotional distress; a felony conviction for kidnapping; contempt of court charges; search and seizure of your personal property; and all other kinds of new and interesting things.
