Legal Question in Family Law in California

child custody

I have joint custody with my ex having primary. What are the laws regarding his moving the children out of state without notifying me & without my consent. My child support is up to date. He also doesn't let me have vist. What are my rights & how do I fix this?

Re: child custody

Probably he cannot move without giving you prior notice, but that depends on the wording of the current court order. You should have that order reviewed by a child custody attorney in the county where the action is filed. He should be able to help you see your kids. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
