child custody

how can I go about asking the judge to live with my mother instead of my father. I am 15 and 1/2 and want my voice heard

You could write a letter to the judge. Just stating that you want to live with your mother will probably not have much affect on the judges decision. You need to give the judge a good reason for the change. Tell the judge why you will do better with your mother. Does your mother provide a better environment for studying etc.
