Legal Question in Family Law in California

Child Custody

I live in Tennessee. I am sending my son (4.5 yrs old) to my brother in California for a year where he will go to Kindergarten. I am supposed to send some sort of legal transfer of custody so that he can take admission in school. Which form do i need to fill.

Actually, I am pretty sure that all he needs is a Power of Attorney. I did the same thing and signed a Power of Attorney. Call the school and see what they require.
