Legal Question in Family Law in California
child custody
i was never married with the father, infact were both 19 and still live at home, i graduated college already and have a great job working for a doctor. he works construction with his dad under the table, and his parents are foster parents. my question is how can i get full custody and not allow my child to be at his house without someone i know being their guarding.

Re: child custody
Is there a reason why you think he should not have visitation without supervision? You need to provide more information. If there's not a good reason to have supervised visitation, then he's going to get reasonable visitation, assuming that you get primary custody. Just the fact that his parents are foster parents isn't enough to prevent visitation.
