Child Custody Mediator
The mediator's own words indicate mother is lying and creating a harmful environment by alienating children from father. However, the mediator is requiring that the FATHER take a lie detector test to ''prove'' HE is not a threat to children. Father has already passed all court ordered psych evals. The mother on the other hand has been proven to be alienating children from father and has been noted to ''embellish the truth'', ''fabricate'' and ''play the victim'' to get her way. She has not been ordered to take a lie detector test. Can the mediator REQUIRE that the father take this test? Also, can the mediator be sued for continuing to block father's right to at least normal visitations (currently Saturdays only for 8 hours) when ALL allegations by the mother have been proven to be untrue?

There is a reason that polygraph "lie detector" tests are not allowed in court. The reason is that they are unreliable. I always recommend that clients do not take the lie detector test. If you have not retained an attorney do so immediately. If you have an attorney you should be asking your attorney this question.
