Child custody

I have custody of my two minor children age 14 & 16 per court orders they were to back to there mothers at the end of june now they want to stay with me. what forms do i file any help would be welcomed.

You would file a motion or OSC for a change of custody. You question indicates that you have little knowledge regarding the procedure that you are attempting to undertake in this matter. Consulting with an attorney regarding the change in visitation and custody would be advisable.
