Legal Question in Family Law in California

Child Custody - Minor visitation transportation

According to Family code section 3100, visitation may be modified to refect practical realities when the non custodial parent moves to a new location. My prior spouse will not allow me to see the children unless I pick them up from her house in Sacramento. I now live in Hillsborough, approx 100 miles away. She will not put the children on the Amtrak Train and she will not pay for 1/2 the train faire.

Is she required to drive 50 miles or in the alternative, drive 5 miles to train station and pay for 1/2 the expense?
