child custody
i want to modify custody because my sons father is working nights and he is bad mouthing me. he has also come to my house violently...i've called the police on him. he harasses me about child support that i pay on time. and he does inappropriate things with females around him. i want to know is this enough to go back to court,what are my chances?

Your chances are as good as your ability to prove your allegations. Each of the allegations are sufficient to obtain a modification of the custody order. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
