child custody

The mother of my son took him 3 years ago. He will be 6 next month. I don't know where they are. I pay child support to Las Vagas NV. My son was born in Idaho. I am not listed as the father on the birth certificate. How can I see and find my son?

Go to the court where the judgment of paternity was entered (which is why you are paying child support) and bring a motion for child custody.

Contact the court in the county is which you are paying the child support and request an order that the address of mother be provided to you. Then you can determine which court you should file the motion for custody.
