Hi , I live in California. y ex-boyfriend and I are never married, but he pay child support. He ask for joint custody and the judge give it to him. But I am the primary parent. Since we were never married, can I take my kids and move to another state? If I can, do I have to notify the court or my ex-boyfriend? What is the procedure? Thanks
