child custody

my ex and I have 5o/50 custody. My 14 yr old daughter has lived w/me for the last 6 months. of course he hasnt paid. can we change the original court order?

Re: child custody

In most cases the court retains jurisdiction over child support issues until the child reaches 18, or 19 and still a high school student. Additionally, anytime there is a change in circumstances, you may file a motion to modify an existing or prior order.
