Child Custody and parent with multipal personality disorder

Have ther been cases where a parent fighting for custody and

winning even thoufh the parent suffers from MPD and has violent

episodes that are to her uncontrollable?

It can happen, but probably not if the judge knows about the condition. I can't imagine that a person who is uncontrollably violent could retain custody of the children. But your case needs many, many more facts and probably a doctors report. This isn't a matter of law, but a matter of the facts of her condition and the alternative placements for the children.
