Legal Question in Family Law in California

Child Custody and Ex Parte

As of October 2008 I had full custody of my daughter since her mother was homless but it was not court ordered. Mid December her grandma picked her up for a day visit and never returned her. I went to court got an ex-parte full custody. Went to the hearing and wanted a trial. Mother and her new boyfriend had multiple crimes against them and I submitted into evidence. No judge on court day so I filed another ex-parte the following buisness day and was granted full custody again since the mother was arrested on a warrant for burglary. Since I have been given the ex-parte twice already by the same judge how heavily will that weigh in my favor in court? Is it likely I will receive 50% or more custody? Also the mother brought a lawyer to court on the original trial day without notifying the court or myself, is that legal? The lawyer has also made contact with me even though they have not entered the substitution paperwork with the court, do I even need to deal with them? Based on the above, how likely is it that they could get the current ex-parte over turned?
