Child Custody
I have been paying my child support faithfully for one year. What can I do to obtain joint custody of my child? What steps need to be taken?

This is a very difficult question to answer on this form. Firstly and OSC needs to be filed asking for a modification of Child Custody. However unless the Court finds that there has been a change of circumstances warranting a change of custody your fight will be difficult. The Courts tend to like to maintain status quo in these situations.
